This is a good hotel in a central location and near the shopping area. Rooms are comfortable and have a small balcony. Not far from the main square and the Tower. The market is also nearby. The breakfast is delicious with a good selection. Try the yogurt with honey.

The hotel is very central and we had a good stay here as a family of four. The room we stayed in needed a bit of updating but the breakfast was delicious and the staff are really lovely and were so friendly and welcoming with our kids. The only thing I’d say is that we booked a stay here because it said on the website they could provide some toys in the room on request which is apparently not possible anymore which is a shame. But still we had a good stay and it’s a nice place in a very central location. Thanks to the staff for the hospitality!

The hotel is centrally located, on Tsimiski street, the main commercial street on the city. You can walk practically anywhere in the center in at most 10 minutes. The street is rather busy though, and there is some traffic noise, even at the higher floors. The rooms are medium to large for the center, but they are very tired and need work. In the bathroom, which usually is the first to show the age of the room, the bathtub was chipped and the toilet paper holder broken - in the room, the cover in front of the fridge was missing (it was supposed to be enclosed in a closet), and the electric plugs quite loaded. On the other hand, the executive room was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the room was cleaned properly. The breakfast room, which was apparently renovated, looked like the entire hotel should. The breakfast was excellent, with various local options, and the people working the room were friendly and helpful. The entrance was tiny and there was no space to store luggage, if you left late, you just left it in front of the reception (or, as close as you could). WiFi worked fine in the entire hotel. Overall, the hotel had good and bad points. Great location and breakfast, spacious but old rooms. The prices are reasonable (and you get a discount just by enrolling in their loyalty program), so if you want to stay in the center without spending too much, and don't mind the age of the rooms, it's a bargain.

13th October-16th October 2022 Room Number 415 The hotel is central and the staff helpful. Breakfast was nice and the location central. However this was overshadowed by the very poor state of the "superior room " we had requested and paid for. Given room 415 It was in a very very poor state of repair, The shower mixer tap was broken as was the tiling behind it. The Shower area was very badly painted as was the whole room with paint drips everywhere. The had basin had become detached from its marble work surface and was in an awful condition. It also had some very sharp edges on the underneath presumably for whatever fixing agent had been used to secure it The bedroom althclean again was let down by its overall poor state of repair and decoration. The wardrobes looked like a 2year old had painted them. The skirting boards where very badly scuff with paint removed in part. The decor was no existent. Had we not been with company who had personally recommended this hotel I would have made more of an issue at the the time, however to save them the embarrassment and anguish I chose not too. Room number 415

We stayed in the Palace hotel for 3 nights recently, in a room overlooking Tsimski Street. True, the hotel is 'showing it's age' a bit, but the location is unbeatable - certainly at that price - staff are wonderful and helpful, and the breakfasts are very good indeed. If, like us, you stay overlooking Tsimski street, you absolutely will have to close your windows tight at night to block out the traffic noise. But the glazing is pretty effective. Overall, a really positive experience, and we'd recommend this hotel. BTW if you stay here, check out Rouga restaurant nearby for fantastic food.

We stayed here both at the start and end of our holiday. Check in easy and staff very friendly and helpful. Easy and fast to book a taxi from reception to either main bus station or airport. Rooms were big. Those at the front lighter but noisier. Beds super comfy and a fridge. Breakfast was great and the staff there really lovely. It's near everywhere so idea for walkers, shoppers and restaurants! Not too far from the white tower should you want to get the sightseeing bus. Would certainly stay again.

This is an amazing hotel in the heart of the city, everything at walking distance. Very clean, convenient room and excellent breakfast! The staff most helpful and informative! The best value for money if you want to stay centrally. Make sure to use the Ammon Express services for a short excursion outside the city, amazing experience!

Clean but old hotel. Fantastic location right in the middle of Tsiminski and a stones throw from the ladadika district. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Stayed in room 203 and could hardly connect to the internet. Internet worked fine in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good quality with adequate selection
