We were so happy to stay at this hotel. From the very beginning when communicating with Francesco via email to book our stay, we could tell this was going to be a great hotel. Francesco met us personally and assisted us in parking our vehicle. The building has been lovingly restored and is perfectly decorated with all the warm, cozy, welcoming, modern amenities you could ask for. We are a family of 5 and we occupied the Prestige "Nonna Angelina" room. The room was very comfortable and the A/C worked well on the hot summer days. The bathroom was large, very clean and had an awesome shower. The room had a balcony and a small outdoor sitting area with a hammock. Right outside our room was the breakfast nook which was reserved for our room only. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy and comfortable. The city of Lecce is a charming gem. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is close enough to the city center, however quiet and private enough to afford a perfect stay! We recommend this hotel without hesitation!

Fantastic clean and well appointed accommodation. Location is prime and also very quiet. Walk to everything in old town of Lecce and feel like you come back to a lovely oasis. Staff were gracious and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean and of top quality finishes.

I knew this would be a great hotel (B&B) from the time I booked it, and I was right! Drive to it in Lecce where you can offload your luggage and stay 15 mins right infront of the door. The parking is quite close, you can either pay per hour (for the day it isn’t expensive) or park in a public parking for 10euros per day. On foot it’s about a 5-10 min walk. The hotel is adorable, reeks good taste. Huge rooms, more like mini -apartments with a massive bathroom! Little roof terrace available if you fancy. The location CANNOT be beat., leave the front door and literally a few steps up the road you have the Duomo and you’re in the centre of the action. Smart Tv a dream, they leave you free cold water and juice in your fridge. Aircon , wifi is good. The wonderful woman manning the hotel is adorable, she booked us a great restaurant and has good advice re beaches and places of interest. Always smiling. Above all I loved the breakfast.... no buffet, just a la carte menu. LOVED LOVED LOVED this place and wished I could have stayed longer. Not expensive either! Literally 20 seconds up the road you can find a self-service laundromat for 4€ a load. Just saying....

We were a group of friends occupying 5 out of the property's 6, and each room was sparkling clean, spacious and decorated with superb taste and respect for the beautiful building. Great AC in a heat wave, huge bathrooms, amazing breakfasts. Highly recommended.

May 20-21 The driver could go not farther than the Porta Napoli where Brenda from the B&B greeted us, and we and our bags followed her back. She was joined there by Luciana, the gracious owner, and later her son-in-law Francesco. The stayed in one of the two suites, Nona Angelina, which is next to the breakfast room. However, our suite has its own huge dining room, but we preferred to have breakfast with our group. Our suite is the largest room yet with a clawfeet tub, shower, 2 balconies, and 2 sinks (a first for a BB). We really enjoyed our room, and I had feedback that the others enjoyed their respective rooms. No elevator. Breakfast is made to order. I had pancakes, cold meats and cheese, yogurt, and fresh OJ. Wonderful! I think this BB and Matteo's BB in Ostuni were the best of the bunch, but there wasn't a bad one in the bunch.

We had a room for two nights. It is very difficult to find, especially if arriving by car - so get clear instructions from the hotel. We had a lovely room with a large spacious rooms with high ceilings, a separate bedroom and large spacious bathroom on the second floor. There is no lift so be prepared. The staff will carry your cases up but you need to be able to cope with the stairs. The rooms was nicely equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, TV (no english channel that I could find - but netflix access - if you sign in)iron and a fridge. We had two little balconies and floor to ceiling windows. We looked over a small square and it was bliss to go for a short break and relax off the busy streets of Lecce. Breakfast was very good. The were plenty of hot choices and a lovely selection of foods - taken by order and served at your table. It is a very great option at a very reasonable price. We really enjoyed our time there. Parking is impossible apart from dropping cases but there is a car park ( 5 euros a day ) 10 minutes walk away and you probably won't need your car in the centre of Lecce .Amazingly beautiful and quiet when the trippers leave each day and before they arrive

This is a lovely hotel situated in the old town in Lecce. We arrived in the dark and really struggled to find it and got very lost. The hotel were great and sent one of the staff to find us and show us where the hotel was and the long stay town car park. Really comfortable beds, pillows, silent air conditioning, usb plug sockets, chilled water and complimentary juice in the fridge, wine glasses and a corkscrew. There are sofas in communal areas and lots of books in various languages about the city. The roof terrace is stunning and lots of places to sit and enjoy the sunshine and the view. You pick your breakfast off the list which is a bit odd as then everything you’ve ordered comes at once. Only one of the team spoke a little English but they are very willing to help. My only thing would be the shower could have done with a deep clean as it was a bit grimy round the edge of the shower and grout.

A wonderful stay. Very convenient location at walking distance from all main monuments. Discrete and friendly service and a very nice breakfast. Very quiet place at the heart of the city. Nice size rooms with a slihoold fashioned style.

Lecce is a town worth to visit in the South of Italy, and Vico della Cavallerizza B&B is one of the reasons. It is an old palazzo, refurbished with care and love. The rooms are just to enjoy staying, they are not just "a room to stay", but to enjoy. Everything has a touch of sense and delicacy: the mattresses, pillows, the bathroom, the furniture. And the team is very helpful and kind. A place to return!
