We were here before (ones spring). The rooms were nice and clean a spacious. You cannot drive to the front of the hotel, because this hotel is in the middle of the historic part of town. Park in one of the designated parking place and walk the cobed streets. It’s a magical place!! This hotel has an excellent pizzaria!

The location of the hotel is superb! It’s right next door to a lookout point and a 100 meter walk from the town square. One of the rooms we had was the castle suite and it had magnificent views of the castle. You could just sit at the balcony and take in the scenery. It’s very quiet in the beautiful Cesky Krumlov town. You get woken up by the sound of the church bells! It’s straight out of a story book. The proprietor of the hotel was very helpful, accommodating and kind. Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay. Teresa (owner/manager) was very helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and cool and comes with a small fridge/mini-bar. Rooms at the rear have a great view of the castle and river. Breakfast was included and a good selection of items available. Fresh bread and pastries were alternated through our 4 night stay. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs. We didn’t got to it but seemed popular. Would stay again.

We booked the room only one day ahead of our arrival. The room was super nice and very clean as well the bathroom. At each side of the bed there have been towels nicely folded with the shower kit on it. The breakfast buffet was just amazing, great selection, a bit of everything! The Staff have been very friendly and i am looking forward to return to this nice and homey place. Thanks for the great service

The room (#6) was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable as well. We had a view of one of the most popular places to take pictures of the town. The bathroom was also well-sized, but had a small drawback; you couldn't get to the window to let fresh air in. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was standard as well.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the 1st floor. There's no elevator, and the steps are a bit steep.

Stayed one night in early Aug, 2019 with my wife and 10 yr old daughter. I chose the hotel partially because they offered rooms for three and also for the great location. Our room was spotless and charming, with stylish modern bathroom, original ceiling beams, and an absolutely amazing view of the castle and river! Veronika checked us in, and was super friendly and helpful, with recommendations for dinner and a cheaper parking rate from the tourist info office. Tereza (the owner, I believe?) was very helpful and replied quickly in approving our email request to arrive slightly later than they ask, and again when we wrote for advice about parking and bringing the car around to unload. (You can bring a car into the old town in the early morning and late afternoon just long enough to load/unload at the hotel. Parking is available about a 7 min walk away for about 10 euros/day, and we had no trouble with availability in the late afternoon and early morning. Mid-day might not be as easy.) The rate included breakfast, which was delicious and had extensive choices, and while we didn’t have time to try it, there is an on-site restaurant with great castle views which does traditional Czech food and which smelled amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Arcadia and are looking forward to returning again!

One of the few hotels that not only have Air conditioning but also have fans. Great accommodation, clean, nice amenities, great location. Breakfast needs a bit of work but not so much that it detracted from our visit. Dog friendly also

Second time of staying, prob choose another place next time. Think over priced, terrase never open to enjoy sun after a day out or indeed to enjoy a drink. Your given a free drink per person voucher when you check in you cannot use it as the terrase never open, and the pizza place within the hotel doesn’t take the voucher. Room not as expected when I booked and only one pillow each. Good location though, clean. Breakfast just ok but you cannot get a drink from inside this hotel at all from after breakfast. No kettle in room so you can’t make a drink. Felt too closed in when your back from day out the only place too go is your room. Many more lovely options in Cesky.

Loved our room with balcony and great castle view. Newly renovated to a high standard. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. We ate dinner at the newly opened restaurant downstairs. Highly recommended.

Hotel is in great location. Rooms do not have AC. We booked 2 rooms for 3 each. One was what we had booked and the other was a tiny room and they had squeezed a third bed there. When we asked to be moved they refused. Be careful with what you book and what you get. They charged same price for the rooms. Breakfast is okay.
