Roomy and comfortable. The bed linens are great. I love the big windows in my room.Staff helps you make bookings for concerts. . Walk out to the heart of the city with plenty of restaurants and coffee houses nearby. Being at a in-town location means more time having fun and less time getting to where the fun spots are located. Ask for one of their quieter rooms due to potential street noise.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant. They were above helpful with helping get transportation, tours, and directions since we had never been out of the country before. We are very grateful for the welcoming hospitality. We highly recommend staying here.

Hotel is perfectly located to see all of old town. Staff was awesome. Highly recommend the beer spa it was a really unique experience and worth the price. The fresh unpasteurized Bernard’s beer was unreal and very cold and refreshing and it was a perfect relaxing morning in a jacuzzi built for two after walking all day and up and down the tower of the castle.

My dad booked this, so I did not know what standard or anything. The location of this hotel is amazing. The staff was very friendly and they even by themselves covered my car, so it did not get a lot of stuff on it from the tree and the birds. The service was good and nothing to complain about. The condition of the hotel on the other hand was very poor. The hotel is very old, rooms are very old and looks not good at all. You can easily hear what is going on at the other rooms and the hallways etc. the shower was really bad. Not able to keep the shower warm. Temperature went up and down all the time. One day there were only cold water.

Hotel Metamorphis is at a great location in Old Town, Prague. I stayed her in June 2022 for 6 nights. The staff was friendly and very helpful. A good breakfast was served each morning beginning at 7am. The room was large and roomy. I would recommend asking for a quiet room as some rooms are right above a night club.

Fantastic location just off the Old Town Square. I had two stays here in June. Rooms are large and spacious. However, note that there is no elevator in this hotel, if that is important to you. We were two groups in our 60’s and 70’s and initially given rooms on the 3rd floor (American 4th floor). Luckily on arrival there was a young man who was able to carry bags upstairs but upon leaving I was told there was no one to help but after struggling a flight, someone came to help. For my second stay, I got a lovely room on the 1st floor, large, comfortable and great bathroom and shower. Avoid room 831 if you like to stand under a shower, bathtub with hand held shower only. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast with rolls, breads, meats, cheeses, some hot choices, yogurt, cereals. However, no fresh fruit other than bananas or apples. Overall, great choice and location and all the receptionists were very kind, lovely and helpful.

Hotel Metamorphis was the first hotel in our Rick Steves Tour and we came a couple of days early. You can't beat the location. It is extremely close to the square. The staff were all outstanding. Our room was large with an en suite bath and air conditioning. I saw a review that mentioned the stairs. There is more than one building. Ours had a lift. So if that is an issue for you, you might request a building with the lift. We took the wide staircase.

The room was nice and spacious, with an awesome view from the balcony. The hotel's located in the city centre, so everything is within walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet inside the room, even though the city centre is really noisy at night. The staff was really nice and helpful. The bathtub felt pretty cheap and some parts were falling off, but it was clean and functional. The included breakfast wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible either. With all that said, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Prague, especially the top floor room. 8.5/10
