Dynamic hotel. From the moment we arrived we were greeted and treated phenomenally. We had two rooms for three people and both rooms were lovely. The concierge service arranged transportation by city taxi or car service of your choice as needed. The housekeeping staff was lovely and each evening there was a piece of chocolate and the forecast for the next day waiting on the bed when we returned from dinner. We were able to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. Parliament, the Buda side, etc. were an easy 20 minute walk. Highly recommend.

My husband and I booked this hotel through Priceline for our visit to Budapest. The hotel is beautiful and a short cab ride from the train station. A walking zone and restaurants are just around the corner. The hotel has a bar with some limited dining options- the food we got was GREAT. But for an American, the portions were a little small. The 2-room suite was amazing with a nice sitting area and wonderful bed. This hotel is perfectly located for seeing the city, and the staff was very helpful to us for planning excursions. We plan to come back and stay longer and will definitely stay there again!

We loved our 3 night stay at Prestige Hotel. Location is great: 10 min walk to Parliament, 5 min walk to the Danube, 7 mins to St. Stephen's, 7 mins to Elizabeth Square. Hotel was very nice with high quality accessories and shower. The front desk was helpful and informative when we checked in and whenever we had questions. If you are staying in Budapest and want to be on Buda side I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is lovely and situated within easy walking distance from all major attractions. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Our room, although smallish, was well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. However, we seemed to have difficulty regulating the heating system and a blast of cold air would occasionally chill us. The one dining room was perfect for breakfast or lunch but perhaps a little understated for a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Dear Joan D, Welcome from the Prestige Hotel Budapest! Thank you for sharing your sincere feedback about your recent stay at our hotel. I am delighted to hear that you found our location convenient and our staff courteous and knowledgeable. I am so proud of their constant great performance. I apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with the heating system and will address this issue promptly to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. Next time please feel free to share your concern on the spot, as we could have looked on the system. Thank you for your compliments on the breakfast of our partner restaurant. We feel that the stylishly elegant Michelin recommended Costes Downtown - a very popular fine dining place in Budapest - and our 4 star superior Prestige Hotel well match to each others, however I consider your remark. Which, on the other hand, is very praising that you throughout felt you have been stayed at a stunning 5 star property. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously work to improve our services and facilities. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for an even better experience in the future. Best regards, Péter Vezekényi General Manager

An excellent hotel in the middle of Budapest. Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and courteous staff. This hotel is well located near numerous good quality restaurants and only a 2 minute walk to the Danube. A 10 minute leisurely stroll takes you to the centre of the shopping district (Fashion Street, etc) and the nearest metro line. The public transport system is overwhelming, with buses, trams, trolley buses to take you anywhere.

It was the best. I arrived earlier than the check-in time and tried to just leave my luggage, but fortunately, they informed me that the room was ready and even upgraded me to a suite. The concierge kindly answered all my questions and it was a really great experience. If I get the chance again and travel to Budapest again, I will definitely visit this hotel again.

The best hotel I've stayed at during my 7 weeks in Europe this trip. Professional staff who are still very warm and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Great room, love the pillow selection, everything I needed in room including Nespresso. Turn down service, and thoughtful touches like the next days' weather forecast with your chocolates. Guest saloon for quiet reading (with fireplace), sauna and jacuzzi pool included in room rate. Restaurant and bar on site - great cocktails! Breakfast selection is extensive and good value. Great location a short walk to St Stephen's square. Absolutely recommend.

This hotel was amazing! I got 2 nights with points--I've never been in such a lovely hotel. The staff was kind and warm. My room was amazing. Such a fun variety of pillows. A Nescafe machine in the room. A nice bathroom with big tub. I splurged on breakfast one morning--absolutely amazing. Just a couple of blocks from both the Danube River and St. Stephens! I will remember this stay for a very long time. Thanks to everyone at Prestige!
