Detailed Reviews
Excellent stay in Cusco. Super close walk to the Plaza de Armas (10 to 15 min walk) with some great restaurants and small stores nearby. The hotel staff, especially Richard Cruz Castro, have been so welcoming and helpful. The room service is also great and they make sure to tidy up and freshen up your room while you're out exploring. The breakfast was phenomenal! Seriously really nice menu to choose from and some unlimited coffee, juice, teas, bread, cheese, etc. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for value and comfort!

Good hotel, it is well located from the city center (15 mins walk from the Plaza de Arma / 7 mins walk from the Mercado San Bras : a great place for lunch) plus the location on the hill side gives a nice view of the city.
The rooms are clean, hot water 24h, window with double isolations and a heating system in the room which is a real game changer especially in the night.
The staff are really nice and caring especially the manager. We had a really pleasant time there.
Thanks again for your service.

We have been here 2 times in the same period (July 2022). There is a good hot shower with enough pressure. The bed is very good. Cleaning is every day of you like it. Breakfast is good, we had fruit, cake, break, avocado, choice of egg preparation, juice and ofcourse coffee and tea. They start at 6 for breakfast, so of you have a tour, you can also eat breakfast. Richard cruz castro is the manager, he wanted to make sure everything was good. The reception was always there. We also could store our luggage for 5 days when we were doing a trip. And when we came back, the luggage was at the room we have booked. Very good hotel! The only thing that is not so great is the wifi.

I stayed here for two nights and it was perfect! The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fruit and options of breakfast every morning. The staff including Richard Cruz were very helpful in aiding me in any questions I had about getting around.

Hotel 100% recommended, Spectacular and Pretty, Superb-located, Safe, Attentive and marvellous Staff
This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. It is conveniently located near the center hub and only a 10-minute walk from Plaza de Armas. The staff's kindness and helpfulness stood out to me. The room was immaculately clean, without a trace of dust. The breakfast, which is served buffet-style, was delicious, and the breakfast room offered a superb view. I particularly appreciated that they provided tea and infusions on every floor, available for guests to help themselves at any time. Although I initially planned to stay for only three nights, I now wish to extend my stay for a longer period. Mr. Richard Cruz Castro, the responsible administrator, was exceptionally kind and checked in with the guests in the morning. Lastly, I must mention that they went above and beyond by providing information on good restaurants and assisting with taxi bookings for their clients.

The kindness and attention of the staff at this hotel are extraordinary. In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Richard Cruz Castro! I arrived well ahead of schedule after a long journey, and Richard was extremely helpful in making the room available to me upon my arrival to allow me to rest, at no extra cost. Additionally, he provided takeaway breakfasts for me when I had early morning excursions. His dedication was simply remarkable!
The historic center of Cusco is easily accessible, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The room is spacious, large, and impeccably clean! Breakfast offers various options every day and is of the highest quality.

Customer service was great. They also have coca tea available 24 hrs a day on every floor to adjust to the altitude free of charge. Complimentary Breakfast was decent. The view was great on the 6th floor where it was served. Plenty of places near by within walking distance whether it be for a quick bite or some coffee. My favorite was Bunn cafe. Hot water, whatever we needed we just asked. Great experience.

I was satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was included and pretty tasty. Coca tea was included and a much needed amenity for altitude sickness. Walls seemed a little thin because you could hear everything around you. But apart from that it was clean and they were very friendly.

The hotel was very close to el Centro. Rooms were clean, water was hot, available towels and comfy bedding. Highlight for me was the variety of breakfast items and menu to choose from, included in the price. The admin Richard Cruz was very helpful.

Cuzco. Airport is 15 mins away. 6 to 7 bucks.
we called them, e-mail was not answered
Our stop in Cusco was part of a larger 6 month trip so in general, we have been avoiding tours and making most plans on our own. Having said that, there are so many options for Machu Pichu, and the gentleman at the little tour desk in the lobby was immensely helpful. If we were booking tours, I would have used him. Oyantantambo was a favorite stop for us in the Sacred Valley- there is hiking to two sets of ruins there. We stayed in La Abuela hostel there( a little out of the main square) and it was lovely. Enjoy your trip- it will be amazing.
