We visited Borei Angkor as our final destination on our tour of two weeks, the staff from arrival and throughout our stay have been so friendly and attentive. The hotel is lovely and has all the facilities required to enable us to enjoy our stay to the maximum, we have enjoyed having this hotel as a base to visit local attractions and also relax on our last day

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Siem Reap! Everyone at Borei Angkor were very welcoming. The staff here are amazing. Reena and Judy are the best staff and they have looked after me and my mum very well. Everyone from the breakfast and dinner shifts like the cleaners, chefs, waiters, waitresses and managers, had such great manners and they did everything they could to accomodate for us. They went above and beyond the extra mile for us, and we are forever grateful. We wanted to extend another week at the very last minute because we were so happy with this hotel, and they were still able to accomodate for us. The staff had upgraded us to a sunset landmark room from a premium landmark room for no additional fee and charged us the same as if it were the premium landmark room. We also received a free complimentary 1hr massage each! The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both khmer and western cuisine. Ingredients are all fresh too. Their signature would have to be the Kuey Teav and the Nombanchok! The food was so amazing, that we had about 6-8 different dishes on our table every morning. I honestly gained at least 5kg during our 1.5 weeks stay here. We are extremely happy about the service, facilities and the food! But most importantly, thank you to each and every one of the amazing staff.

Thank you Borei Angkor, we will be back!

It has been a prefect 5 day stay at Borei Angkor and I will gladly come back. The location is a short Remorque (or Tuk-Tuk) ride away from the city center and costs about US$3. You can save about half that by using Grab.

The breakfast is wonderful and provides plenty of options from eggs and western fare to a daily offering of local breakfast options. Plenty of fruit and juices as well and the service is kind and quick.

The rooms and facilities are spacious and very comfortable and you are always greeting with a lovely smile by the staff.

Our stay on the privilege floor was fantastic. I should say that we had stayed in raffles in Phnom Penh prior to our stay here and this hotel was far superior in my opinion.

The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Especially Judy, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. We had numerous queries and Judy was more than helpful in getting things arranged for us.

I enjoyed the perks of booking the privilege floor. The club lounge is from 5-7 and you can have up to 4 cocktails and a canapé during this time.

You get 4 pieces of laundry per person per day, which was great after a long day hiking around the temples.

The breakfast is phenomenal, every whim catered for. Then mango crepes are a game changer!!

Having a driver 24 hours was fantastic. We had Tim Tim, who was great and would wait at each location until ready to leave, it was great.

The spa is lovely and you get 30% off your massage. They gym looked pretty decent - didn’t use it though!

Be sure to remember mosquito spray and plugin for your room - although this isn’t specific for this hotel, as our last hotel had far more!

Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough!

This is a fantastic hotel and the level of service is of the highest standard. The staff are professional and friendly and do their utmost to make sure you have the best stay. We took advantage of the sunset landmark package which is excellent value and having a driver and guide to show us around Angkor and Siem Reap was invaluable. One of the reasons we came here was to learn about Angkor Wat and without a guide we would have missed so much and the driver just meant we were able to maximise our time. The package also gives you free cocktails each night as well as a one off dinner and lunch not to mention the free laundry which means you don’t have to bring excessive amounts of clothes. Hotel facilities are again really first class and the hotel has an excellent Spa with good value treatments complete with sauna and steam room which are free to use. Location is ideal as well with a short 5 min drive into Siem Reap where there are countless bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. But it is the staff and service which has been instrumental in making this a fantastic holiday and allowed us to visit Cambodia which is a beautiful country and worth the journey from the UK. Can’t recommend it enough!

The honor is ours to be pampered by the integrity of the staff from pick up and drop off service in the airport and moment we step-into above the rim entrance of this hotel. Spacious room(# 411) with a view in the "The Privilege Floor", breakfast, dinner is very good that we don't have to venture outside for fear of getting sick. Almost all the amenities vacationer can dream of. So far the best hotel we have been and highly recommend.

4 of us spent a very special 4 evenings here at the Hotel and the attention to detail and hospitality was excellent.

The Privilege Floor and our host Reena, ensured our stay was perfection. Nothing was too much trouble for her and the staff were so polite

When not relaxing by the pool, we enjoyed the wonderful breakfast spread each morning....the rooms were attended as usual .....but additional services each evening to refresh linen and towels and fresh bottled water etc...

Our balcony had a good view enjoyed from the swing bed available.

we would highly recommend using the hotel to arrange your Temple visits and whilst we enjoyed the 10 minute Tuk-Tuk experience for nights at the town, we would highly advise using the Hotel's air conditioned people carrier for tours. The tour guide was very informative and the iced water and cold towels at each break we very welcome !

The hotel staff are so friendly & helpful. Judy & her team made us feel like royalty during our stay.
Needed Soy Milk for my daughter no problem! The Breakfast selection covers anything you could possibly wish for. Spoilt for choice from full English, Continental & Asia options. My daughter is Vegan & had no problem with breakfast choices.
The A/C in rooms was ice cold. Sockets only two in the room so would advise an adapter with its own USB ports so could easily charge all phones/headphones etc.
Pool was a restful haven beautiful surroundings. Tuk tuks available to go into town or Angkor Wat & temples. 15 dollars for a 2hr trip to watch the sunrise for 2 of us altho do remember tickets for the National Park are required too.
I would highly recommend The Privilege Floor

This was our second stay at the Borei Angkor , following a five day stay in 2018 which we had thoroughly enjoyed. From the moment we were picked up by the hotel car at Siem Reap Airport, we experienced a fantastic level of service from all the hotel staff. Our room on the third floor [Privilege floor] was spacious and beautifully decorated. An extensive buffet breakfast provided the perfect start to the day and service from the staff in the dining area was exemplary, as was that provided by the housekeeping staff who ensured that our room was immaculate each day. Coming back from visiting the Angkor temples or simply sightseeing in Siem Reap the beautiful outdoor pool, provided welcome relaxation and relief each day. The personalised service provided by Reena and her colleagues ensured that our stay was most enjoyable and we were sorry that our eight day stay passed so quickly. We look forward to our next visit and would recommend the hotel to any of our friends looking to visit the area

Our stay on the privilege floor was fantastic. The hotel staff were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Especially Keo (Miss Glass), who went above and beyond throughout our stay. She arranged tuk tuk’s, dinner reservations and a traditional Khimer dinner show for us. She even helped us arrange off site laundry service.

We really enjoyed the perks of booking the privilege floor. The club lounge is open from 5-7 and for $18 you get 2 cocktail and canapés, the drinks were a bit weak at first but if you ask correctly they will make you a great one.

The breakfast is really good, with egg stations, crepe stations and a noodle soup station.

We were traveling with our 4 adult children and booked 3 rooms for 3 nights. They definitely took advantage of the gym. The locker rooms had a hot tub, cold tub and sauna, which they loved.
I think one of the comments was, “why would you ever want to leave here? Great food, great gym and this pool!”

Cannot recommend the hotel and staff enough!

Thank you Keo you were wonderful and so helpful.
