Semt luna beach hotel is a 3 star hotel which is located in alanya city with sea view, my wife and I stayed 4 nights, and enjoyed every second of our trip there. Personnel were very polite and experienced, food and pool also ok, actually considering 3 star hotel with a very competing price it was a wonderful experience for us. In my opinion for those people whose not gonna spent all the time at hotel and your gonna go to beach and night clubs and city center and you need a place to eat and sleep this is the best choice with this price.

It was worse than poor..absolutely disgusting..rude guests and ignorant staff..never have I cried on holiday..ignore the 5 stars these are members of staff and they got friends writing them..don't even know where to start..I don't usually take notice of bad reviews but believe me if your English or value your life stay away.. 1st! room..omg filthy room stained sheets and pillows and walls..no cleaner in the whole 2 week stay..no towel change or toilet roll and we have to Google translate everything even begging for clean towels and a cleaner..but all we got was ok soon.. we gave up trying..not an English word spoken.. 2. staff.. very rude couldn't understand us and when we asked they just shrugged and huffed and puffed..clearly have no time for English.. 3 food..omg what a disaster for breakfast there was chips from yesterday cold cauliflower and an egg..we braved a breakfast the second time..giving it the benefit of the doubt..and when we got there we asked manageress wheres the breakfast theres nothing left.. she pointed at the powdered mash potatoes and said eat..every lunch and dinner was processed chicken nuggets rice and dry bread..nothing to wet the rice only ketchup if we asked..and you never ever seen so many flies around your food in your life.. pics I will show..fly filled watermelon and absolutely nothing else..there was salad but that consisted of cold mash potatoes and eggs left from breakfast..with brown lettuce..the soup option I chose today thinking well flies won't go in there because it too hot.. I had water and a few potatoes floating around in a bowl.. and god strike me down if I'm lying there was a dead mosquito in it.. I just cried.. we spent almost every meal out because of staff and food.. but this was the last straw..please believe me stay away we've been poorly so many times here on toilet.. they cater for Russians and germans so around the pool you get the loud songs repeated over and over..even though we was watching their dance culture it was repetitive. 4 drink.. what a laugh.. I have pics.. all inclusive beer is served in tiny plastic cups and they only half fill them..I put the glass at the side of the salt pot to show how tiny the drinks was...not a great selection..I admit the hotel wasn't expensive and I wasn't expecting 5 star but a tent would have been better than this dive..please I'm begging you stay away save your money or pay that bit extra..I'm not exaggerating the whole place smells fusty.. one tiny lift that fits 2 people for the whole of the hotel so you'd wait 10 mins to get in it unless you climb the sweltering staircase.. Now for the good points.. air con worked..paid wifi worked well (17lira per day) beach across the road and there was an entrance out of the place.. we're not snobs and stayed in some right places and never wrote reviews..but this is a nightmare stay away you've been warned..

In general, the price/quality ratio is normal. All inclusive, Turkish cuisine, polite and friendly staff. To the beach 50 meters, however, across the road. For unpretentious travelers who come to swim in the sea and travel around the city and on excursions, rather than sitting in a room. Wi-fi paid, $ 1 per night, there is a pool and bar, two or three cats). The air conditioning in the room worked fine. Rooms are spacious, with marble floors. There is a refrigerator and a TV. The shower and toilet are combined, and it is quite wet and therefore dirty. There is a hair dryer. On the balcony you can sit, drink wine in the evening and contemplate the mountain with the fortress of Alanya. Across the road in the S-Prime Hotel in the evenings live music and you can watch various programs such as "Anatolia Lights" from the balcony)

Stayed here with friends, hotel is filthy, there are cockroaches everywhere, also the beds are firty, stain's on the mattress. We got bitten by bedbugs. Dont ever book this dirty hotel. Staff are very rude, advertised as All Inclusive, but it is not All Inclusive. What a rip off.

This hotel is terrible, it is not a All Inclusive as advertised it is a filthy dirty hotel. Avoid at all cost's Ig should be demolished, and i cannot understand how this hotel gets away with false advertising, time and time again. The photos of the hotel that you see on these websites are not the true picture's. These are my photos of the place.

Avoid this Hotel, do not book this hotel if you are British. They advertise this discusting an filthy hotel, as a All Inclusive. When we arrived at 02.00 am in the mornng there was no room ready for us. They put us in a filthly room upstairs. Next morning, there was no drinks, and no food for us, also we had no towels. The staff, if you can call them that, was no help at all. The place seems to be for young students, not a place for a holiday. This hotel should be demolished. The mattresses are filthy, big stain's on them. If you are going to Alyanya avoid this dirty filthy hotel.

only good thing is that most of the rooms have good view but - no hot water - lift works rarely - pool is dirty not clean and some of the people got infection from there in result of the swimming of the dirty pool. - aircon is not working properly in every room. - all rooms are smelling so bad, towels are very old. - rooms conditions and rooms door were absolutely very old and in bad and unsafe situation. - this so called 3 stars hotel is look like much more a pansion without any star and how did they get 3 stars is big question. - there are regular students living there 5 in a room while there is 4 bed in a room 😀 and it is not clear whether this is student dormitory , pansion or 3 stars hotel. - main meal is always something with chicken , only one main course is served and too many of same salads - The Wi-Fi is very bad working even you have to pay for it. - it is very close to the beach but they do not have their own sun beds at the beach, they use someone elses sunbeds which make sense when you are at the beach. - Hotel Managing Director is trying to go to bed with some of the young customers even he is married. - beach in front of the hotel is very rocky, nobody make you be aware and not any sign is placed related that. Some people were badly injured. - all inclusive but just very watered beer is served even hot and in small caps 😀 and most of the time they do not have any strong alcohol during the day also many nights they did not served due excuse of finishing it. ( by the way they just serve vodka and Turkish raki in the short they serve ) - they do not play global music during the time while people having meal , just some regional bad Turkish songs. - they are very far from traditional Turkish hospitality and to cover European tourists expectations. All Europeans visiting there were disappointed. You will start hating even Alanya If you go to this hotel ;) Strongly advise you to not go there and feel free to pay at least 50% more of the cost of this bad hotel for some other place which will be definitely more professional.
