This place was awful. Fire alarm going off multiple times in the night. Then they over charged me by $211 and so far no luck getting that rectified, and the airport shuttle was a good 15 minutes late. Total disaster. Place clearly wasn’t worth it

Very kind and thoughtful staff. The room was clean and large enough. Nice amenities, refillables, fluffy towels. Comfortable bed. The breakfast was ok. Shuttle. Not so good: Water is dripping into the tub all the time- what a waste. The blanket was not warm enough. Poor wifi in level 4. The whole hotel needs renovation work. Floors, walls, furniture.

Hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. You start by driving into a parking lot that makes it abundantly clear the property is not responsible for any theft or vehicle damage. The sheer number of signs made me feel like I must be in a really bad part of town. I went to check in, and no one was at the desk. It wasn't horribly late - maybe 9pm. I waited about 30 minutes for the staff to return. Upon check-in, I was told there was a damage deposit required on a credit card (typical), with a non-refundable $5 service fee. Really? Add that on to the price of a room. Don't charge me a service fee for something you require (i.e., using a credit card). Now to the room. I've included photos. The room was very much outdated. Not a big deal to me. But it felt....dirty. The tub was old with scrapes and nicks. The ceiling had a very large crack that made me worried it could collapse at any time. And the kicker was the tissue box - with tissues literally shoved back inside the box. What?? Disgusting. As I was falling asleep, I pulled up reviews of this place. Because I typically only book hotels that I read positive reviews for. A few talked about changes in management, which may have contributed to my experience. The most recent review I read talked about bed bugs. While I thankfully didn't have the good fortune of meeting any bed bugs during my stay, reading that review definitely made me further question the cleanliness of the room, and I most definitely felt things crawling all over me the rest of the night. While I hope it was all in my head, I bagged up everything that touched the bed and washed it when I arrived at my next destination just in case. Morning didn't come fast enough for me. I can't speak to the breakfast, unfortunately, because I was much too eager to just get as far away as I could.

The swimming pool was out and we were not advised prior to booking for 4 days. Somebody opened our door at 10 pm at night from management and come in our room. Freaked us out. The fire alarm went off twice in the night awakening us. The front desk copied our credit card and license and then couldn't find it in the morning to destroy it. Unsatisfactory experience all around. We cut our long expected stay.

We were over an hour to check in. Others were experiencing the same. They claimed the hotel had just turned over with a new system, but no one could it without a long call to corporate giving step by step instructions. The hot tub was full of black, stagnate water, the pool was full of foliage debris. The tub was missing a plug, but that didn’t matter as the water took forever to drain. The toilet required multiple flushes each use. The place is in terrible need of some TLC. They are understaffed, undertrained, and stressed.

My wife thought she lost her purse in the dining area and Chris went above and beyond in regard to trying to find it. (It was actually lost in our room.) Chris is an exemplary employee who is an asset to the organization, and we would choose GreenTree again due to the outstanding customer service provided there.

The worst customer service I’ve ever received from my entire travels (>40 countries) both here in the US and abroad. The date was November 16 , 2023 -11:00 PM at this hotel. The frontline of this hotel, the woman at the front desk was so indescribably rude and entitled. Our family was checking in for a CONFIRMED booking with complete reference number ,email and call from the booking platform , but the woman in the front desk failed in her duty to resolve the issue , she resorted to being unprofessional and had us remove instead from the hotel premises. Turned out they were overbooked, the information came directly from them! My pregnant sister in law was so traumatized she had abdominal cramps after and my 73 year old mother was so shocked her BP spiked! I hope management office will see to it this never happen again and that no one should be treated like us ever again! For a hospitality business this hotel is rated 0. Btw, this hotel is located in a sketchy part of neighborhood. So stay away!

I was not expecting such a horrible experience at an airport hotel. I booked it because we were flying in to Sky harbor at midnight and renting our car the next morning. When we arrived there was no shuttle as advertised (which is why I booked this place.) We spent a pretty penny on an Uber only to arrive and wait 30 minutes to check in. There were two people ahead of us. The sheets feel like sandpaper. We had "breakfast" in the lobby and asked about the shuttle. We were told that there is "technically a shuttle" but it is out of service. They have contracted with a local cab company to make up for this. The catch? you have to order it 90 minutes before you need it. They also put the perfunctory charge on my card for $100 in case of incidentals. And then instead of removing it charged the card a second time.

The pool was cool, the hot tub was hot, the bed was soft and cozy, and dinner in the restaurant was actually really good! The room was clean and quiet (as quiet as hotels can be). The airport shuttle was a convenient bonus too with frequent pickup service.
