This is possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was beyond amazing. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. Candace, Barbara, Eddie , Kamika were always smiling and greeted us warmly every time we walked by. My husband was recovering from surgery and they went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Emily brought us extra pillows and always seemed to be there to open the door for me when I was bringing in bags. The housekeeping staff always greeted us with a smile. Dani the manager was very friendly and helpful as well. She has excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel for the best customer service.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed for work for a few days, so did not pay out of my own pocket so I cannot talk to value for money. Got a very large room with fridge and microwave, as well as a single cup coffee maker. The room was clean and had a big desk as well as a couch and coffee table. The bed was comfy. The A/C worked well. The bathroom was clean and had nice towels, as well as shampoo etc. Even with a great number of student athletes first thing in the morning, there was plenty of breakfast for everybody, including hot and cold and many options. Coffee available all day. The free WiFi was great and allowed streaming. Linen and cleaning service daily. Can't think of any improvements. Good location off the interstate on north side of Phoenix in walking distance to a variety of restaurant and shops, including a large WalMart with groceries. Staff was friendly and helpful. Did not use pool, but noticed a number of other guests did.

Convenient location to local business stuff and shopping, however the hotel itself is very overpriced for value provided. Noise — If you book a room facing I-17 it is VERY noisy. The traffic during the morning rush hour starts at 4:30am and gets so loud by 7am it is impossible to sleep. This makes this hotel only good for being there for a reason, not for rest & relaxation. Comfort — The room itself appeared clean, but the bed mattress was lumpy and the bathroom plumbing wasn’t working well. Specifically, the water pressure was lousy causing the toilet to easily clog or stubborn to flush, and the shower head had a lot of lime build up. The unit needs some serious maintenance and renovation if they’re gonna justify charging $250+ a night. Safety — The hotel itself felt “safe”. The only problems we encountered on that front were reckless ride-share drivers flying through the parking lot that almost hit us once as pedestrians and another even closer call while we were trying to park. The parking lot could benefit from either stop signs or markings that indicate clear right-of-way. In summary, the main thing this hotel has going for it the location and proximity to stuff. Its location is a double edged sword because its easy to get to stuff like shopping and restraunts nearby, but I-17 is VERY loud with the lack of building sound insulation. We chose this location because it was within walking distance to the things we came to Phoenix for. I’d say that is mainly a business travelers hotel, but not ideal for a vacation or a play to rest / relax in because its too loud and amenities uncomfortable. We would have stayed longer, but it was too expensive per night especially with how we couldn’t get quality rest.

As you rightly point out, we are situated in a great area of town for local business, shopping, recreation, etc., but like all key locations, this can come with some downsides. Our convenient location puts us in an area with high traffic. While we don't have much control over external noise, we can probably look at assigning a quieter room for you the next time, should you choose to stay with us again. This was my go to spot for over 2 years. Something happened recently, the old manager and staff are gone. Off brand soaps and shampoos to stale bagels. Don't know what happened there. It was concerning when I didn't see anyone I recognized and have been seeing for 2 years. Sad to see it go downhill like this.

Come here every summer to stay. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast is free, and 10 minutes walking distant to Happy Valley shopping center. Very convenient to restaurants, Walmart, and there is a movie theater to enjoy also.

This hotel was chosen for us by the people who booked our medical tourism. I travelled from Canada for knee replacement surgery. As for the property, I had no expectations. Our first contact was the front desk clerk. Dark hair, spontaneous and cheerful attitude. She was wonderful. We arrived Sunday and on Monday we had pre op procedures. We stopped at the free breakfast. Very well done. Excellent selection and everything warm and hot. The next day we were up at 0500 for surgery. From that time forward, I didn’t leave my room I pretty much stayed in bed and everyday a cheerful housekeeping teams would offer to clean the room and freshen towels. Day 3 an electrical wall socket malfunctioned. The maintenance team arrived promptly and cheerfully. I had to call again when our bathroom light burned out. Again, the issue was addressed immediately. On our second last day an emergency alert went out on my phone and there was a loud bang in my room. I thought it was a gunshot or explosion. I was rattled. I called the front desk and very promptly a team of maintenance and manager ps arrived to check on me. A powerful windstorm had hit the area, throwing debris that broke my window. I didn’t get to use the pool. My husband said it was excellent

Hotel and staff seemed pleasant enough. Fire alarm sounded at 1am. We were told that this was due to someone trying to cook a hot pocket and burned it so bad that it sounded the fire alarm. Staff seemed to think that this was funny. We did not even get so much as an apology. During the commotion I tried to get out of bed fast, got tangled in sheet and took a fall injuring my left knee. As a veteran with ptsd due to being involved with several major shipboard fires nothing about this experience was funny.

Smelly and dirty rooms, bathroom was broken, pool was green, staff was rude and racist. Do not trust them!!! Hidden fees, they try to charge for everything and they dont tell you until you see the charge in your bank, tried to talk to them and ask about the hidden fees but they are not helpful!!!

Arrived for a 3 night stay, this being our 5th Hilton property while on vacation over the last 6 days. Ashley greeted me at the desk and I inquired about a 1st floor room, trying to avoid using elevators during this trip. She said, "let's see what I have". She said she had 2 upgrades that were available and since I was a Diamond member, I could have 1 at no extra charge. She said "it's at the end of the hallway and there will be plenty of available parking for you right by the door". I thanked her later and told her what a wonderful room and location it was. Ashley deserves a raise!!!
