I accidentally left no less than $350.00 in my room. I was called the same day informing me that I have left a "large sum" of money. I had $500 in $20 dollar bills and only spend $150 of it. When I received the money in an envelope several days later, there was only 6 - $20's, 1 - $10., 4 - $5's and 1- $1'. Like I pulled out a separate $20 each time I spent money. I NEVER do that. I DID NOT have all of that change. Had it equaled what I had left in the drawer, I wouldn't care but someone went through some trouble to make it look like a big roll when it was $175. short. They offered no explanation or compensation. NEVER AGAIN COURTYARD!

First of all, I would like to thank Melissa Bell for booking our rooms for this trip. I can’t thank you enough for always giving that 5 star Marriott service. Melissa and her friendly staff always provide exceptional customer service. This is not the only reason we choose this property when staying in Phoenix. This trip is one of many positive experiences. The location is perfect it’s quiet and safe. There is also a bistro area in the lobby, along with a Starbucks. This time, we checked in with Ryan at the front desk. He was fantastic. Ryan seemed to be happy to assist and very enjoyable to talk to. He’s the person that needs to be at the front desk, interacting with the guests. When we arrived at our room, there were a few special momentous and a hand written note, from the friendly staff. Thanking us again for staying with them. It was a very special feeling, memorable and extremely thoughtful. As we continued to look around the room, we also noticed that the room had been fully remodeled. New shower, carpet, curtains, furniture and much more. It was beautiful. The entire hotel was being remodeled. This trip we were able to enjoy and utilize the outdoor pool in the evenings. The pool was very clean and temperature was perfect. Great and relaxing to end our long days. Our check out experience with Stacia was wonderful. She was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Matt was also there. We have always had a great check out experience with him too. They both made the rest of our stay complete. Thanks again to the entire staff for always taking such great care of us. We feel like apart of the family. Until next time!

Literally just needed a bed for the night coming in for the weekend for a concert. We used the pool area for a few hours waiting for our room to be ready, which was nice. The room was clean and spacious. It was pretty quiet until we heard the maids talking in the hallway about 8/9am. We did not go to breakfast.

This room had several problems that I hope they get fixed before the next visitor pays for this room. We stayed 3 nights 2/27, 2/28, & 3/1/3023 in room 321. When we departed I gave a list of things they should fix. The tub spout diverted was broken and it would not allow you to pull up the diverted valve to take a shower. It was stuck down. The toilet bowl wobbled on the base. It was not level and it clanged every time one sat on the toilet and got up. It looked as if someone had tried to fix it recently with silicone around the bottom. It needs shims. The tub was ver slippery and needs a non slip pad to keep from slipping. The room was quiet and clean. Just needs bathroom fixed.

The gentleman who checked us in was awesome, also the gentleman who took towels to us, as there were none in the pool area. My feedback is this... My children went in the pool, they somehow came out of the pool with cuts on their hands and feet... The pool water had a nasty taste, is what my kids said, I told them close your mouth when going under. I said it's the bleach, to which they responded, but other pools water doesn't taste like this... So either it isn't being cleaned properly or something. I did enjoy My stay, but was disappointed that there wasn't continental breakfast offered for the price we paid. When I asked the gentleman at the front desk, he said he didn't know why it isn't offered, but that it isn't offered in all their locations. I left my dreaming big dreams sign on the inside of my room, thinking someone was going to come and take out the trash, but no one ever came, so I just got a grocery bag and put the trash in there. Otherwise our stay was great, the beds are comfortable, but I'm almost positive our beds were full size and not queen. I would know because I have a queen at home. Are rooms with queen size beds the same price as full sized ones?

This hotel is RIGHT on the highway, so you will hear traffic day and night with windows and doors closed. It was clean, and housekeeping was very good. The location served the purpose we had for where we needed to be, but way to noisy. Also, there are A LOT of homeless folks all around the area. Just mentioning because we were surprised at how many folks we saw, it seems to be a big problem in the area. There is a great breakfast place right next to the hotel, so that part was very helpful for us during our stay.

I have to stay here every three months for business. I like the rooms, I like the bed. Area is in decline but that is where the business is, so I get it. One minor irritation, the big bottle, in-shower shampoo, conditioner and body wash used by all previous guests...it's kind of gross. The big irritation is their horrible breakfast. Overpriced, greasy, reheated "breakfast sandwiches" which make a McDonald's Sausage McMuffin seem gourmet. It was much better before COVID, but it has not recovered from the grab bag COVID breakfast (actually that would be an improvement). I keep hoping it would get better, but now I know I just have to leave early and find something to eat in the land of constant construction. Not time saving and not business friendly. Definitely not characteristic of the Marriott brand.

No breakfast available for free due to Covid. Hotel was well kept and hotel staff was very nice. They gave us towels and helped when needed. Rooms were clean! Would stay again! Pool is shared with the Residence in next door. Stayed there as well last year. Also a good place.

King suite is great for working remotely. The internet however, was too slow to have zoom calls, which is the first time I've experienced this. Gym is a bit small and cramped but overall it's a fine hotel for the price.
