We stayed one night in a standard room. Location is nice on a nice beach. The sun chairs and parasols are available for free. But there is improvement in overall cleanliness and standard of service. Restaurant has a very slow service, food took amazingly long to arrive. Basic food, rice and chicken with feijoada was tasteless and dull. Room is small, bed had blanket only when asked, bathroom is dirty and crammed. We took the furthest room in order to sleep peacefully, but the noice from the pool area is loud and carries to the interior. Even now in pandemic time, pool area is not cleaned often enough, instead there are lots of fallen leaves and ants. Wifi connection is poor and keeps falling down. Parking is promised to be insured and safe but infact it is 200 m away from the pousada, unguarded and the gate to the parking lot does not close.

The Vladimir Hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station. It is a short climb up the hill on foot or a 5 min drive. The rooms are clean, there is a restaurant on the ground floor. That is they have everything what a typical traveler needs. I was satisfied with my stay at the Vladimir Hotel.

The hotel is located opposite the train station on top of a hill. The hotel is itself a piece of history being built with care and it's a delight to wander about to get a feel for its architecture. We stayed in one of their suites (the one that has a mural of the Venetian canals). Since it was four of us, the staff converted the sofa in the living room into a bed. We had dinner (room service) and breakfast at their coffee shop. The food was good and caters to vegetarian and non vegetarian requirements. The staff are warm, friendly, accomodating and hospitable and when in Vladimir again we would look forward to staying here.

We chose a room with 5 single beds for 1 night. 1. Service: 24 hrs reception service. we were able to drop our luggages at 5am without any problem. The staff spoke good English. 2. Location: 1 hour bus ride to Suzdal. 15mins walk, slightly up hill from train station, could be difficult for elders and those with heavy luggage. Close to town centre, was able to explore all sight seeing places on foot. Our room was unfortunately close by to the park and can get noisy and smelly when people smoked nearby (we were on 2/f). 3. Amenities: breakfast provided and was delicious. Everything you needed was provided (though i used my own for eco-friendly purposes). We also happened to had a small balcony at our room, but did not open since there were many insects nearby. 4. Cleanliness: good, though there was a strange smell when we entered but soon dissipated. Verdict: would recommend this hotel when you visit the Golden Ring.

We stayed at the Vladimir Hotel when visiting Vladimir and Suzdal on Russia's Golden Ring. We arrived by train and the hotel is only a few minutes (up hill) walk from the station. It is situated on the edge of Vladimir's historic centre within easy walking distance of all sights. Rooms are good, nice breakfast too. We had two adjacent rooms to accommodate our teenagers. Good value and recommended

This hotel is very well located to see Vladimir and Suzdal. Located right near the train and bus stations and just a 5-10 min walk to the town centre. The hotel is pleasant inside, albeit a bit old. Breakfast buffet decent (omelet is best choice by far). Overall a very fuss-free place and a good base from which to visit the town.

My good friend have stayed there recently. The restaurant had a party all night and her elder mom could not sleep due to the noise. When situation was brought up to the management, they simply started to evade her, not even responding to her calls or emails after this.

very easy to find from the train station (5 mn walk) and very convenient to take the bus to Suzdal (bus station next to the train station). Very close to the major spots (cathedrals square) and to the restaurants area of the city center (10 mn walking). Convenient and very clean rooms, well heated in winter. Nice staff at the reception even if not totally fluent in english. Can only recommand this hotel for people visiting Suzdal (bus every 30 mn from the bus station - 95 roubles - 45 mn), Bogolyubovo (take bus 152 on Bolshaya moskovskaya - bus ticket 20 roubles to be paid in the bus - 15 mn)

Conveniently placed 10 minute walk from the railway station and 10 minutes from centre the centre town, this comfortable hotel was a perfect stop on the way to Suzdal and gave us a chance to look round the town, which was well worth a look. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing.
