I've not looked at other reviews, but I suspect a few might comment on the noise from the cinema across the street (Until 11pm), or the shower which can be warm rather than hot, but why they get my 5 stars is simply the service. I've stayed here a number of times, and they cannot do enough for you. My car is securely parked, breakfast is always a hearty buffet, and my evenings are spent in the Hotel restaurant which has all the typical dishes I love to eat when in Czech republic, along with plenty of other choices. More importantly, the staff service is always excellent, and when other places are truly struggling to get good staff, the team here clearly enjoy working together and work hard to keep us clients happy. So well done to them all, and thank you.

Nice hotel with bar and restaurant. Bedroom modern and tidy but on the final night of our stay we had no hot water and when I complained all I got was "sorry there is nothing we can do" Upon checkout I complained again and got a 10% discount off my final bill which I accepted. Breakfast was good except that on 2 mornings they ran out of bread! Dinner in conservatory was very nice Don't pay for car parking as there is ample on street parking free of charge Overall, good location, ok breakfast but lacking in certain areas

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. We booked everything in advance and paid for 2 rooms + VAT + City tax. The problems started pretty fast: We were not told that there's a lift from the parking to the lobby and 2nd floor. We took 2 suitcases and 4 trolleys up the steps. The lift goes to the 2nd floor. The rooms are on floor 2.5. Seriously. We had to carry all of our luggage to another half floor to reach the rooms. The rooms had quite a few women's long black hair on the floor, especially on the rug. We told the cleaning lady that the shampoo container is empty and regarding the hair. When we came back in the evening, there were still hairs on the floor and on the rug. We talked again but there were still hairs on the floor everywhere. One morning there were croissants for breakfast (there were only 3 when we arrived). Hotel staff came, took all the 3 and nothing was left. We asked for croissants, the answer was no, finish. It was 1 hour before closing the dining room. No reason for not having more for your paying clients. We wanted croissants for our children but they didn't care. The lift to the parking lot was not working on the check out morning. We had to carry the 2 suitcases and 4 trollies down the staircase. Once again, no help offered. What made us especially mad is 2 things: 1. We rented 2 rooms with double beads: one for the parents and another one for the children. We paid via booking in advance for 2 rooms + VAT + city tax. One of the two rooms had the sofa prepared for sleeping. We told the front desk lady that the children will be in one room and the parents in the other room, we will not need the sofa bed. She said OK. Upon check out, we were charged extra for the room, a lot extra. We also had to pay VAT and city tax, even though it was pre paid. We showed the woman at the front desk that there's a mistake and that everything was prepaid via Booking, including VAT and city tax. We showed her the receipt. She couldn't care and was very rude and impolite and argued with us in an inappropriate manner. We paid much more, including what was already paid for. 2. Payment for parking lot. We asked if we could park in the hotel parking lot (the hotel was empty except for a few rooms). They gave us an ok to park for 2 nights. Upon check out, we were demanded to pay extra for the parking, even though no one told us in advance we will have to pay extra for this. We would have NEVER parked in the hotel parking lot. The hotel was far from being full and PLENTY of free parking outside. Too many things went wrong. There are so many hotels around you. We DO NOT recommend the hotel. We DIDN'T enjoy the stay. We were humiliated and didn't feel liked wanted guests.…

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Very good location in the old part of the town. Nice restaurant on the ground floor and terrase - genuine czech food and beer. I was stoped overnight there by the way from Dresden but I'm sure I will come back again for relax.

The hotel is quite new (renovated?), within walking distance from the centre. Comfortable, well equipped and spotless clean room. Breakfast is good. The staff all over the hotel was nice and helpful. We also had some meal in the restaurant - the service was good, the meal was of less quality than we expected, though. There was also quite disturbing music all the time on the restaurant terrace, which is a pity, because the terrace is a nice place with a gorgeous view.

From pension in the past, you can consider now that this place is more a Hotel than a pension. Very new building, with modern architecture and full service of a 4 star hotel. Check in in very simple and fast, receptionist very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful, all modern style with a very quiet and silent atmospher to spend a good night. The bed is very comfortable, and the room is very clean and luminous. The bath room is modern with a Italian style shower, perfect! Wifi is excellent. You want a massage, a sauna or aesthetic care, just book at the reception. The most is this private terrasse from where you can appreciate a beautiful view on the Petra garden and place. Moreover you can appreciate just beside the excellent restaurant U kozicky with his best terrasse in town. More than a place....the best Hotel in Teplice…

Just one night stopover on our way to Prague and we were given a large room with a terrace half the size again. Great view across a park to the Church and old town. Staff were helpful if a little formal but that was fine. Lift access from the secure outside car park made moving the bags easy and the room while it had limited furnishings they did it well with a leather lounges and king bed. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it was fully booked on this Friday night so a good sign. Happy to recommend this place and the staff, their English was quite good and more than helpful.

we stayed for just one night and were very impressed with the room. Spacious and well equipped. Nice view over the park. Breakfast was good - self select buffet. All the staff were nice and helpful. Very good value. We parked at the hotel as there was not a lot of parking on the street nearby. It was a 10 minute walk into town - where you can enjoy the best of historic Czech architecture and the grimmest communist era monstrosities. We ate at the restaurant just across from the hotel which was excellent and very good value.
