Our Operations team was doing everything in its power to resolve the issue the quickest way possible however, please note that Paris can get very busy at peak times and a new coordinator arrived as soon as she could. Please note that we acted immediately in the situation in order to replace the coordinator and go ahead with your scheduled tour.
