Mr Guohui Liu, Chinese registered culinary master certified Chinese Master Chef, grew up in Heilongjiang and graduated from Fujin Cookery School in 1993. He was awarded Master Chef in 1996 after studying Haute Seafood Cuisine in Dalian. Since then, Mr Liu has worked as head chef and executive chef in a number of hotels in China, such as Huafu International Hotel, Shenyang Kelong Hotel, Jinjian Hotel and Kailai Hotel.
