Good food, not cheap but the food deserves the price Due to the pandemic you need to book a season time range, and waiters looks tired, sometimes the service is not too cool due to that, if manager is in house no problem, she controls...the situation. My opinion, reduce a couple of tables, more space mor comfortable. I do recommend the place but avoid cloudy people in weekend.More

This is a great little family-owned restaurant right on the beach paseo in El Vendrell. We came with family - all adults, but I suspect this is a kid-friendly place. The service staff are friendly and helpful with suggestions. We ate here twice - first...night was basically take-out paella. The restaurant will take orders and you can come get the paella - it was great! We had the mariscos (seafood) paella - it had squid, clams, mussels, langostinos, and another red prawn. Perhaps a little on the salty side, but otherwise very good and generous portions. The second trip was comida (big lunch) at the restaurant. Since we already had the paella, we went with a variety of appetizers and seafood dishes. Top on the list for the appetizers - (we ordered a second plate!) were the zamburinos a la plancha (grilled bay scallops) and the steamed mussels. Both were fairly simple preparations, but quite tasty. I had the grilled sole (delicious) while my brother had calamarcitos encebollados - small squid in carmelized onions. Mine was very good, but being a strong flavor fan, I would have preferred the squid - cooked in a cast iron pan with onions, mushrooms - a token couple clams for added flavor, a little smoky from the fire. Mmmmm. Most of the dishes are cooked over a grill and get a little bit of that smoky flavor. The desserts were also good, but we were warned by the relatives to stay away from the prepackaged desserts. we had the regional specialty of crema catalan, and biscuit carquinoles with moscatel in a porron. Would definitely eat there again.More

I booked a table for 3pm. Turned up at 3 and waited for 30min. I asked the waitress if it would take a lot more and was told that “I’d have to wait a bit more”. It really felt like she did not want to...serve us. After 40min waiting we decided to leave... deplorable service.More

Second time we eat there! Really good predominantly sea food. We had fideua de marisco, paella melosa de marisco (amazing seafood palla type of stew), fish, mussels, salad, pan con tomate, chiperones, calamares andaluza and kids menu. Everything was absolutely perfect! Actually we returned as...we had most probably one of the best paella and fideua there. We were in Barcelona but 35 min drive is totally worth it. We always eat at the terrace but inside looked good too. Service was perfect too. Will return.More

The service was impecable, the rice was amazing and surprisingly the best choice though we were merely following a friend's recommendation! The space is so mediterranean and warm that you wouldn't mind staying for longer than a meal. It has some special charm that cills...up any mood, in a relaxed but exciting way. Excellent first quality products on seafood and starters. Desserts are homemade little wonders, specially some cooked apple cake. Definitely worth visiting and very affordable. Recommended 100%More

We went to the restaurant to have dinner with our very good friends from Calafell. For starters we had some very good tapas, for the main course we had different types of paella/rice dishes, our friends had monkfish and octopus. The deserts were also very...tasty and artesan; for example the crema catalana and the lemon sorbet. The service was very professional and very friendly. The decoration is made by the chef himself and is nautically themed. It fits the fish-heavy menu very well.More
