I loved the Cinnamon Club. The building is fabulous, so many of the original features. The food was incredibly good - as were the cocktails. Service and staff were perfect

We went for dinner on Saturday night as a group of 3. I've been wanting to go for some time. The food was absolutely delicious, we each ordered different things and every dish was beyond anything I could have hoped for, delicately spiced with layers...of texture and flavour. the staff were lovely, very kind and polite with a special thank you to Annabelle for looking after us. 100% recommended, you will be in for a treat if you go. Book some time in advance.More
A delightful Saturday Jazz Brunch for my birthday. We were exceptionally well looked-after by all the staff, especially Giovanni. They were attentive but not fussy and knowledgeable and informative about the dishes and wines on offer. At the end of the meal the waiting staff...brought me an individual birthday cake and sang Happy Birthday (they had been alerted to the special occasion by the person who made the booking). The atmosphere was relaxed but special, added to by the jazz duo playing but not so loudly that it prevented conversation. The food and wines were excellent. I especially recommend the Sticky Garam Masala sponge.More
Very good Indian cuisine. Very special setting in the private room. The only negative is that they roll in the Whiskey trolly halfway through the meal and again at the end. The price of the Whiskeys was very high and doubled the price of the...meal.More
We had one of the best dining experiences last night. The food was delicious. Every course took your taste buds to new levels. From the scallops to the pigeon, the venison, butter chicken and all the other dishes, from start to finish, it was simply...beautiful. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. It’s not our first time to this restaurant and it most definitely won’t be our last. Thank you to all the team.More
Absolutely outstanding food and lunch menu good value for the quality. Bread side was additional and quite pricy. Lovely ambience and ok service.
Looking for something a little different in London Town then the Cinnamon club fits the bill. Understated from the road, you could easily walk past it, but don’t, give it a whirl, like eating in lovely library but with ambience. Three set dishes of good...quality Indian food with an excellent bread basket, perhaps the bread is a little too much for one person, very worth the walk to get there. With a glass of wine, beers and tip circa £90. Not cheap but an experience as they like to call it.More
Made a return to Cinnamon Club to enjoy their "veganuary" menu offer at £45 a head. A most enjoyable evening with fantastic food and suitably attentive service. Wine list prices lean to wards the ambitious end of the scale but there are some at more...affordable prices too. One of the truly great restaurants, in my opinion.More
I am not a wealthy man, but I love to dine well. When my wife and I decided to book a table at the Cinnamon Club for the first time we were hoping for the best. I am happy to say our expectations were surpassed....From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome and special. We arrived early, actually about an hour early, with the express intention of indulging in a couple of pre-dinner cocktails in the bar. Good move ! The cellar bar is comfortable and discreet, and the Negroni's we were served were wonderful. The staff were attentive and friendly. We were shown to our table at our allotted time, and our drinks were brought to our table for us. Our waiter deserves a special mention. Abaqa was friendly adn informative and actually good fun too. Having made out choices we were tempted with a tasty little amuse bouche of a lentil croquette/bonbon thing. Every dish we were presented with was perfection, with wonderful depth of flavours and exquisite spicing. An absolute delight. Having read some rather less than complimentary reviews I feel I should redress the balance. The meal was faultless from start to finish, and the staff could not have been more efficient and welcoming. It was not cheap (although less than I was expecting) but I do not mind paying for a dining experience of this standard, and we cannot wait to returnMore
The Cinnamon Club has a very attractive menu - the chicken starter at the time with a red and green chutney was really very good, perfectly cooked. Both of our mains were good - nothing very special. My favourite was the potato stuffed bread. I...would recommend a visit, I appreciate the location being in Westminster but feel the meal was overpriced for what we got. The service was good, but again nothing special.More
I took a friend to this restaurant as I have enjoyed it previously. I checked my coat in to the official behind reception cloakroom. For the meal the food itself was delicious but the atmosphere was spoiled by 3 or 4 fruit flors which kept...bothering around our food. Usually they are associated with rotting food somewhere so I did wonder where they had come from. Single glasses of wine were very expensive and finally when I collected my coat my oyster card had gone from the pocket and staff weren’t really interested in seeing if it was for example in the floor. The flies and the oyster lost the 2 stars hence a 3 star review.More
Amazing food, fantastic service, perfect atmosphere. This has been on my list for a while and it did not disappoint. All the food was perfectly cooked and enjoyed in the perfect setting.
What a lovely venue, eating here feels so special. The service is efficient and friendly and the food so well thought out, hot and fresh. The vegatarian choice is good which makes a change, I struggle in so many restaurants. We thought it was all...reasonably priced for what we got and the fact we were in London. We will return the next time we are in London.More
I have been here many times over the past 10 years and I have only positive feedback. The food is delicious, the service impeccable and the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. I have spent two Christmases at the Cinnamon Club, the one just gone...and last year. Both occasions were delightful and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil, occasionally difficult, requests. The friend with whom I dined said she found lunch to be “splendid”. I have been most impressed by the consistent high standards and quality of the food and service. I have recommended this restaurant to some friends and they also have given positive feedback. It was a pleasure to spend Christmas at the Cinnamon Club again this year. I look forward to my next visit.More
Once again the food and service were first class. In particular we were so well looked after by Akaba, who was both charming and very helpful. The Cinnamon Club is a very special place and never disappoints.
