My wife and I happened upon this restaurant one evening but it was fully booked. So we made a reservation for the following evening. No wonder it was full. Food was excellent and the service very helpful. We especially enjoyed the zamborinas and the tuna...sashimi. The gambas rojas and bacalao were also very good. From a comprehensive wine list we chose a bottle of Rioja, Vina Ane, which Vivino rated 4.2, first class.More

This restaurant is exceptional in both food and wine . The dishes we enjoyed were the grilled asparagus, croquettes, lamb chops, cuttlefish , scallops and jamon. We went for lunch and were so impressed we went again in the evening. Excellent wine list.

We enjoyed the variety of Spanish dishes offered at this restaurant and were looked after very warmly and professionally by the staff. Pleasant small but tastefully decorated restaurant with outside seating if preferred. Highly recommended. Suggest booking as it gets busy.

This is the kind of food and service that I hope I will get when I book a restaurant. The welcome was warm from the Maitre D, a very jovial chap. Everything was great, service, atmosphere, wine list and a la carte menu. Food was...excellent and it was very good value for money. Top marks!!More

This was the culinary highlight of our holiday- after 3 weeks. Highly recommend. Fantastic service, food, wine. They couldn’t have been more helpful especially considering that our Spanish was embarrassingly poor! Hopefully we will be in a position to return some time in the future.

Wow. If you are just passing by Zaragoza like we were, you need to stop for this one. My 8th trip to Spain. Much time in Spain, and the jewel of Spanish cuisine is to find a small restaurant where you are the only traveler...and the food is just what it should be…appreciated by the Spanish locals who live and work around the restaurant. Run by a family for 28 years with the next generation to take the reins. Well done. Next time I am in Aragon, I will not miss enjoying the work and passion of 28+ years.More

My friend and I turned up this evening without a reservation. There were no tables but the lovely waiter found us a place at the bar. We were well looked after and served very nice dishes. Great atmosphere on a Monday night, clearly very popular...with locals. Thank you 😊More

Excellent meal for two in a smart restaurant with great food and very nice service. We had an early dinner at an outside table (you need to book for an inside seat).Good menu, plenty of choices and an interesting wine list. Staff helpful in confirming...choices, we made of tomato salad to share, Aragon leg (half portion sufficient unless you are really hungry) and suckling pig accompanied by a local red wine. Everything was excellent and reasonably priced for such good quality food. Great gin and tonic and I must mention the tasty bread sticks along with the olives.More

Quite an unassuming frontage but inside is pretty smart, plus a handful of tables outside on a pedestrianised lane just off the very busy Avenue Cesar de Augusto. Service was polished & friendly, food very tasty & well presented. Fabulous wine selection. Oddly, it closes...on a Saturday evening.More

Not sure how this place got a good review. We went there for a lunch and were not impressed with food. The worst part was the the service. When we said we did not want any desert and asked for the bill, the server kept...asking us to order deserts. When we said no for the second time, it took 20 min to get the bill. Each time we asked for the bill all severs dismissed us in Spanish we did not under stand. When the server finally came back with the bill she rudely threw it on the table. I could not believe the rudeness we experienced at this restaurant.More
