Every time I go to 800 bowls, I am always impressed. The taste is always consistent and the waiters are really nice. Can't wait to go back to Yangon and have a warm bowl of noodles at 800 again.

One of favorite restaurants in Yangon with various of noodle. Due to current situation ordered food by foodpanda application. As always lamian(noodle) with chicken dumplings was delicious. Good service for 800 bowls and foodpanda driver!

800 bowl is our go to restaurant especially when it's raining and we want a hot bowl noodle soup! With an affordable price, near our place, and great service..we've become a frequent customer
Good food especially the noodles and dumplings. The service has improved a lot than several months back. They keep monitoring the table for refilling tea, and made a special soup without certain ingredients without a special request but just by observing what I was talking...to them before the order.More
There’s a good variety of food. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients used. The ambience is also warm with helpful staff.
Quite an expensive choice. The price of the dishes is already quite high, but you need to add 10% for service (quite disappointing, as it's not good) and 5% of taxes. The food could be good actually, problem is that there is no seasoning.
Just bad. Lukewarm flavorless dumplings. 3 shrimp in a gloppy sauce for my main dish. Waitperson has a scowl. I sat there for 10 minutes with my menu closed and finally called one of the 4 waiters over to take my order. There was only...one other table occupied. AVOID !!!More
If you are looking for Authentic Artisanal Hand Made noodle in Yangon, this is the right place. Xiao Long Bao also tasty. There are alot of choice in menu.
You will experience poor service from that restaurant although they charge you 10% of your food cost. Go there if you can bear that experience.
First time here, we order all chef recommend and not disappointed. My friend who live in China said it is difficult to find this fine quality in Beijing even. Definitely be back next time.
Fresh, clean, very tasty home made noodles and plenty other dishes. Try the radish filled steamed buns as a side!
Went to 800 Bowls for supper one evening. Location is easy to find as it is on Mahabandoola Road and the 48th Street. Very clean but extremely noisy with loud music. The menu is 7 pages and consists of all kinds of noodle dishes. I...had the menu item # 12, LM with seafood. Noodles and seafood were good but could use a bit of spices (i.e. salt & pepper). Note no forks are served. If you have a problem using chopsticks this restaurant is not for you. Prices are on the high side and you pay a 5% tax and service charge. My meal ram 9,200 Kyats. Service is very slow. As you wait for you meal one can observe the cooks making fresh noodles in the kitchen. Interesting process. Overall not a great restaurant but not bad either.More
