Great Fun - only discovered Wizard Maze a couple of weeks ago and returned today at the request of... read more
We visited today, it was a wet day so that never helps! So may be better on a sunny day.
I found £9 for a child and £8 for an adult rather steep. Especially as there isn't much here. A couple of sheep and a few chickens. A playground that looks like it's seen better days and hardly any tractor Ted stuff considering it was tractor Ted day. Very disappointing. Staff also looked very fed up and like they didn't want to be there. Wouldn't go again.
Took my 3 year old boy to the maze today. £18 for the two of us seems a tad steep for what you get.
I waited over a hour from joining the queue and actually getting my food, cheese and onion panini which was hardly cooked and lukewarm chips. I was nearly at front of queue when a gentleman told me that there was a BBQ at top of the field, pointless telling people when they had been queuing for half hour, maybe a sign telling people about BBQ would be a better idea. Went to get ice cream from shop next to BBQ but there wasn’t any left and I wasn’t going to queue at cafe for another half hour for ice creams!
Bins were overflowing. Tractor ride was a garden tractor pulling some little trailers.
The maize maze opens every year between mid July and early September, and has an excellent maze, tractor train goes every hour if you think you might get lost, and lots of other things to do.
The jumping pillows are the particular favourite with my grandchildren, and this year there is a new zip line which my 7 year old grandson loved. There are also Go Karts, a giant hay bale stack, swings, slides etc, chickens and sheep and more. Set in a truly rural part of Norfolk this place gives children an opportunity to use their imagination, have plenty of exercise, interact with other children and provides a good few hours fun. Plenty of picnic tables and sun umbrellas, food and drink available. Staff are enthusiastic local young people and I would particularly recommend Wizard Maze to city dwellers.
What a lovely setup! Lots of activites and staff are friendly and good to see the younger generation working and earning during the summer breaks. Both my boys loved the jumping pillows and the maize maze. There were lots to do and the food was of good quality too!
We came last year and had such a brilliant day out we wanted to come again this summer holiday. Just as good as last year. Loads for the children do to. We went into the maze which took about an hour. Children got a sticker and a lolly at the end. The maze if fab but in the hot weather it is better to do this earlier on. We didn't have food, we were staying close by, so popped back for lunch and then came back. The children loved the big pillow trampolines and spent ages on these plus all the climbing equipment and slides. We also enjoyed crazy golf and the tractor ride. My children loved the quad bikes but it is a shame you have to pay extra for these especially when you have 3 children and once is never enough! Wizard Maze is a great day out and excellent value. Will be back next year.
Had a lovely afternoon at the venue . Started with the corn maze which was challenging !! Perhaps a map could be provided as it took a long time to get out!
Various other activities slides, zip wire, crazy golf, pedal go karts, jumping pillows.
I don’t believe that you could spend the entire day there but 4-5 hours of good fun.
Would go back again.
