Definitely got to see some of the city I wouldn't have seen if not for the this tour. Walked the city one day and did this at the end of the day when our feet were tired. Interesting information.

Tour doesn’t go where advertised, which we were not told before buying tickets. Half the tour is detoured. Commentary is terrible, usually late. Don’t do it

We did the circuit A from the station, that takes you around the edge of the city, up to Piazza Michelangelo, and then down past the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens and over the Arno back to the station. We were not there for long enough to do route B to Fiosole. I would not really recommend this unless you wanted to go to Fiesole or

Visited Firenze, primarily to vist the Uffiizi Gallery. Had prebooked tickets, a little misleading as all this does is let you jump the queue to actually buy a voucher that lets you into the queue to buy tickets. Queue not outrageously long and reasonably well managed. Main attraction for me was the Botticellis. They are stunning and his "portraits" of the Graces were magnificent. Not being a student of religious art , the rest of the collection did little to interest me. A definite plus factor, however, is that there were no restrictions on photography. We took a horse drawn carriage ride around Firenze...this was a little disappointing as we just seemed to be driven around a lot of streets full of Clothes Designers shops. We drove to Firenze from our accommodation just outside Castelfalfi, parked on the outskirts of the city.Parking was free and the tram €3 per person return. The tram stops at the central station in Firenze, from where we took a taxi to the Uffizi.

We only had a full day to see Florence and this bus tour got us to all the sites. We were able to see the great panoramic views from Piazzale Michelangelo and even get up to Fiesole. When you don't have a lot of time, this is a great way to see a lot.
