Very basic rooms and very noisy at night. A good location and good base near the Acropolis if only staying for a couple of nights. If staying any longer, please pay more and stay elsewhere. Reminded me very much of a cheap hostel.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay with us. In case your room happened to be a front one (especially on the ground floor) I understand how it may have caused you some discomfort due to the outside noise. Had you asked for a different room we would have done anything in our power to accommodate you.

We indeed offer budget rates (especially considering our area), however comparing us to a cheap hostel is I believe an unfair misjudgment on your part and one we've never heard before.

Chic rooms with nice bathrooms; I stayed in two different rooms, both with balconies that had great city views. Great location with plenty of things to do nearby, and not too far from the metro. It felt very clean and well-maintained.

Room tip: The elevator doesn't go up to the top floor, so you'll have to lug your bags up a tight staircase

Cool hotel with friendly staff- Dimitris is lovely, big and comfy rooms, good shower...
This place has a 60s vibe, wooden furniture and attention to details. My room even has a balcony!
Fourth floor bar is really nice!
This place has history!

In residential neighborhood with pedestrian mall this was a very welcome change from the busy Syntagma square hotel we stayed in earlier in the trip. We had two rooms on suite with two barhs. Little balcony was very nice in my room. The management was very helpful and we enjoyed a interesting conversation about politics with them when we got home from dinner

We were traveling to Greece as part of a large group, a study abroad trip from Boston. Ethel (owner) and her staff made our stay extremely comfortable. They are super friendly and so much fun to just talk to. The rooms are small, but very cute. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel is located at the base of the Acropolis. Coudnt ask for more. Great value. More importantly, you will feel immersed in a great local neighborhood in Athens.

Room tip: Avoid the 4th floor because thats where the breakfast area/dining room is. Will be woken up early by the noise.
