My colleagues and I spent a weekend in Sottomarina as a group activity organized by our company. We enjoyed a lazy day on the beach and ended up for dinner at Tequila. Honestly we didn't pick Tequila in the first place, not because we didn't like it but simply because we stopped to the place nearest place to where we had the beach umbrella "Da Maurizio", where we waited for 20 minutes without being served or asked whatsoever...All for the best since Tequila revealed itself a much better place, cosier and intimate.
We shared a what they call "Catalana" a mix shellfish, crayfish, raw veggies and...fruit! OMG sooo good, such an informal way to taste so many delicious products of the sea, perfectly cooked and super fresh! I also tried the Lobster tagliatelle, just delicious! My colleagues tried few different things including pizza, grilled fish, and sweets... I personally can't wait to be back to try the "frittura mista" (fried mix fish and crustacean) which looked amazing!
The staff really took care of us and the owner offered us a digestive at the end of the meal. All together, good food, great service, reasonable price and wait, 5 stars well deserved! Thank you Tequila I'll be back!!
