We took the gondola 🚡 to the top of Aspen mountain, took in the scenery, got a glass of wine, and soaked up the sun ☀️!According to locals, skiing in June is very rare - only happens every decade or so. So it was super busy!! Let me tell you, this is the place to people watch... basically “lifestyles of the very rich and famous meet gnarly snowboarders.” There was a wedding taking place at the top of the mountain. Oh, and the toddlers, they ski like pros!! Well worth the nail-biting ride to the top!!

Aspen has many more restaurants and things to do apres-skiing than Snowmass. But, if you are there for the skiing, stay and ski at Snowmass.
