Our family and pet thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amelia Island Plantation. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and attended to our every need. Nearby attractions were convenient and easy to find.

We just completed our stay at the Omni and had a wonderful trip. We were able to experience both the Villas, which had a kitchen/living area, and the hotel portion of the property for the business and personal parts of our stay, respectively.

First off, the property is huge, however they have shuttles that are there within a couple minutes to pick you up and drop you off at other locations. The walk from the hotel portion to the shopping and some of the restaurants is only about 5 minutes but some of the villas are pretty spread out (20+ minute walk).

The hotel’s main pool area is beautiful, overlooks the ocean, with an adults-only pool, a family pool that seemed to have lots of kids activities, and a fun little wade-in pool for babies/toddlers. The staff was very friendly and constantly walking around to attend to any food or drink needs. Beach chairs were comfy, only complaint was that we wished there were a few more umbrellas for shade as it was very hot with intense sun! Made the pool very enjoyable though.

The villa (Sandcastle room 217) was enjoyable with 2 comfortable queen beds, private balcony with a beautiful, private ocean view and nice living & kitchen space. The hotel (room 644) felt a little nicer with slightly more modern furnishings and an amazing balcony with view over pool and ocean. The doors to the balcony were very thick so couldn’t hear any pool noise with them closed, however could sometimes hear neighbors moving around in their rooms or if they moved chairs on their balcony.

The food at all the different restaurants were great - I think we ate at all of them and weren’t disappointed. We were there for 6 days and never left the resort for food (just left once for sailing).

Overall if you’re looking for a nice place to go as a couple or family and don’t want to worry about driving or leaving the resort, this is a great option! The conference center was also very nice and the staff overall did a great job!

Great location, awesome amenities, and the best TENNIS CENTER in Florida! Love the infinity pool for adults and hot tub! The 'Pirate's Kiss' Pina Colada is a must for anyone wanting to start a relaxing vacation experience.

This hotel has beautiful amenities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately the room we had was old and outdated. The bathroom was straight out of a Hampton Inn, small and old. Certainly not we expected from a resort type hotel. If I return to Amelia Island, I would look for different place to stay.

Our first time to an Omni and Amelia Island. This is a great hotel for business and pleasure. The staff all around is super nice and accommodating. The restaurants are very good and the bar inside the hotel makes a good drink. We had quite an amazing time. The views and the beaches are incredible. We will be back to enjoy more time in the near future. Highly recommend!
