Alnoor Kebab and Sweets seems to have had previous reviews removed for some reason. But, no matter, I have eaten there and so can offer a valid opinion.
The restaurant is run-down, disorganized, and dirty. They're limited a bit by the space they're leasing, but on the other hand, a dirty exterior does not force you to also have a dirty/cluttered interior too. I would not recommend eating inside this restaurant except maybe during a working lunch.
The food is, at best, average. It doesn't have subtle flavours though, so it's lacking any real character. The chicken dish that I tried seemed quite greasy and maybe had a whiff of cigarettes (could have been my imagination).
You should also be aware that this restaurant has a "colourful" history of health violations with DineSafe, the region's inspector. Recent "warns" are slightly better than a few years back when, if I recall correctly, they were shut down for blatant violations.
With quite a few other options in the area, I would suggest looking elsewhere for quality Indian food and a reasonable standard of cleanliness.
